SMS Terms
Effective October 26, 2026
1. The program
FencSync Appointment Texts is run by FencSync LLC for the fence companies that use FencSync. When you book an estimate or install with a fence company that uses FencSync, that company may text you about your appointment. Every message names the fence company it's from.
2. What you'll get
- Appointment reminders with the date, time, and the fence company's contact details.
- A request to confirm the appointment by replying YES or tapping a link.
- A message when your appointment time changes.
These are service messages about your own appointments. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
3. How often
Message frequency varies with your appointments, usually 1 to 4 messages per appointment.
4. Consent
You agree to these texts when you give your mobile number to a fence company and tick the box (or say yes when they ask) to get appointment texts. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can book an appointment without agreeing to texts.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. FencSync and the fence company do not charge for these texts.
6. Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this program. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START, or ask the fence company to turn texts back on.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@fencsync.com or (208) 965-6663.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date are always at fencsync.com/sms-terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
